Michael Kusiek has over 25 years of experience working in health care education and public lands issues. He works primarily on organizational development matters, relationship management, and best practices related to coaching and training. He is on the boards of the Lander Community Foundation, currently serving as vice-chair, and the Wyoming Wildlife Federation. He volunteers with numerous groups in the community and spends most of his free time in the woods. Michael has also been a collegiate rugby coach with the University of Wyoming and several collegiate select-side teams. He is now the head coach of the Lander Speedgoats Rugby Team. Michael holds a bachelor's in multi-cultural studies/history and a master's in education focused on total quality management.
