The 59th Session of the Wyoming State Legislature

As a Wyoming native (gratuitous thump of the chest) and long-time Lander
resident, I of course know where Cheyenne is. Which is to say at the intersection
of interstates 80 and 25 and the Union Pacific and BNSF railines. And
as with all intersections, I thought of Cheyenne as a place to either go
through or to turn and then proceed. I had never given much thought to
stopping, lingering, or staying. That, as it turns out, is my fault. There are a
lot of good reasons to stop in Cheyenne and stay for a while. And one of the
most important has just wrapped up: the 59th Wyoming legislative session.
